Refunds, Credit Notes & No-Shows
We understand that plans can change. Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit note. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be eligible for a credit note at our discretion, depending on capacity. No-shows or same-day cancellations are not refundable. Please contact us promptly if your plans shift - we’ll always try to accommodate where possible.
